1. What are Candy Girlz Lashes made of?
Our lashes are made from high-quality synthetic fibers that are lightweight, soft, and crutely-free. They're designed to be comfroable, reusable, and super glam!
2. Are your lashes reusable?
Yes, babe! With proper care, our lashes can be used up to 15-20 times. Be sure to remove glue buildup and store them in their orginal tray to keep them fresh.
3. How do i apply the lashes?
Its easy!
step 1: Gently remove lahses from tray. (with or without tweezers)
step 2: Measure on eye to see where it's best to trim to fit your eyeshape.
step 3: Apply a thin layer of lash glue on band. ( for extra hold apply to inner corner and outer corner of lash line for a better seal)
step 4: wait up to 30 seconds, then apply as close to your lash line as possibe.
- Press gently - and youre ready to slay the day!
4. Do you offer lash glue?

5. How long does shipping take?
Processing can take up to 2-4 business days.
Shipping times :
US orders - 3-7 business days
International orders - 7-14 business days

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lashes. IF there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of recdiving it.
7. Can I cancel or change my oder?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us ASAP or DM on instagram. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help!
